May 11th
Re-launch of District PR initiative, website and free phone number at St Marks Ballymacash starting at 7.45pm. 


May 12th
District Beaver party at St Mark's starting at 2.00pm and ending at 4.00pm. Granny Beaver has already contacted all BSLs.


May 16th
Warrants Sub Committee to sit at St Marks Ballymacash starting at 7.00pm. Invitation to attend will be by letter only and attendees are asked to confirm their availability on receipt of it. Uniform to be worn and the interview Committee will be formed from District Officer bearers. 

May 22nd
District Executive meets at St Marks Ballymacash starting at 7.45pm. Any leader with any agenda items please contact either your Group rep, the District chair, secretary or myself. Some funding issues will be discussed. 


May 25th - 27th
County Camp. Transport arrangements to be sorted out by the DC. All District participants are asked to ensure outstanding payments are made asap. Cub programme has already been emailed to all leaders. This will be followed by the Scouts and the Beavers this week (week beginning 7th May 2007).


May 30th
Closing date for the the NI Scout 5 - a- side football competition. Only two teams are allowed per District , with the competition taking place on the 13th June (junior section - scouts 12 and under) and on the 20th June (scouts 14 and under). entries to be Forwarded to HQ via our ADC Scouts. May 31st
District leaders meeting - no venue as yet. Last formal meeting of the session, which will see a number of awards being handed out and plans for September 22nd being unveiled,. A big turnout is requested - uniform to be worn of course and a supper will follow.
